Timeline
The hiring timeline communicated is an estimate and not a guaranteed deadline. Delays arising from candidate rejections, candidate dropouts or no-shows, delayed client feedback, or changes to the requirement may extend the timeline accordingly.
Payment Terms
Payment must be made as per the terms specified in the invoice. Sourcing, screening, and submission of candidates will begin only after payment confirmation is received.
No Refund Policy
Owing to the nature of recruitment services, including the time, effort, and resources invested in sourcing and screening, payments made are non-refundable under any circumstances, including if the client chooses not to proceed with hiring for the role.
Goodwill Credit
As a goodwill gesture, and solely at our discretion, the amount paid may be adjusted or credited toward a future hiring requirement with us. This is not a contractual obligation and may be withdrawn or denied based on the circumstances of the engagement.
Replacement Policy
A replacement will be provided free of cost if the selected candidate leaves or is terminated within 90 days of joining, provided the exit is not due to client-side issues such as role change, non-payment of salary, or work environment concerns.
Candidate Authenticity
We do not guarantee the long-term performance, conduct, or retention of any candidate post-joining. Our responsibility is limited to sourcing, screening, and presenting suitable candidates based on the shared requirement.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep the requirement details, candidate information, and commercial terms confidential and not disclose them to third parties without mutual consent.
Requirement Changes
Any change in job description, budget, location, or other key requirement parameters after work has commenced may result in revised timelines and/or charges.
Exclusivity Disclaimer
Unless agreed in writing, this is a non-exclusive engagement, and we reserve the right to work with other clients and positions simultaneously.
Payment Due on Selection
The due amount as per the invoice must be paid within 48 hours of candidate selection by the client. Non-payment within this period may result in withholding of further sourcing or submissions until dues are cleared, and may also affect eligibility under the Replacement Policy mentioned in Clause 5.
Governing Terms
This engagement is governed by the terms outlined in our service agreement and invoice. In case of any dispute, the matter will be subject to resolution as per applicable law in Pune, Maharashtra.
