We value our clients and strive to deliver the best possible service. However, due to the nature of our work, certain commitments are made upfront. Please review our cancellation policy carefully:
Candidate Growth Bundle
A cancellation request must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.
Once any service from the bundle has been initiated, cancellation will not be possible.
- If eligible, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Lead Generation Services
Cancellations must be made 7 days before the campaign start date.
If cancellation occurs after campaign setup and database preparation, a 25% setup fee will be charged.
After campaign launch, the service is non-refundable.
SEO Services
A refund request must be made within 24 hours of purchase and before the SEO campaign work has started (such as audits, keyword research, or on-page optimization).
After SEO work has begun, the service becomes non-refundable, as resources, tools, and efforts are immediately allocated.
Data Hygiene & Enrichment Services
Since data cleaning and enrichment is a one-time processing activity, cancellations are only accepted if the request is made before processing begins.
Once processing has started, the fee is non-refundable.
General Terms
All cancellation requests must be sent via email to our support team.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10–15 business days.
The company reserves the right to deny cancellations in cases where significant resources have already been allocated.
